  It seems like every time I go into this T-Mobile there is a problem. I understand the safety recall on the note 7 is an issue and they're not "supposed" to help people back up their phones, but the level of professionalism is not there. Also this location removed public restrooms which is fine, but the staff would rather let my 3 year old poop his pants than let him use the employee restroom. I own a retail store and my restroom is employees only as well, but you best believe that of someone asks they are welcome to use it! Service is key in sales and this location fails time and time again. I recommend the Deptford mall location instead.

  Great T-Mobile store considering how hard it is to handle to company sometimes. Very friendly staff and great assistant manger Gabe. They really get down to the problem and will spend as much time as you need to get down to the solution. They do not rob you or give you a hard time they are very calm and collective.
